Noveltease Theatre is Seattle's premier literary burlesque company. Our mission is to create community through storytelling by reviving the historical artform of literary burlesque. We stage unique adaptations of classic works of theatre and literature in order to reclaim and rework the canon from a sex-positive, queer, feminist, and anti-racist standpoint that enlivens and transforms classic works for contemporary audiences.

2023 is our 5th anniversary, and we're already looking forward to the next 5 years. Join us on Sunday, April 30 at Cathedral in Ballard as we light the way to our future and help us meet our $10,000 fundraising goal. Meet us in the glow of the candlelight for wine and beer, charcuterie, a silent auction, entertainment, and a raise the paddle.

Our 2023 season is filled with stories of romance and revenge, so festoon yourself in fancy dress if you're feeling festive. If you've got a fashionable waistcoat, a comely corset, or anything that sparkles and shines, we hope to see you in it!

Food and beverage is included in the price of your ticket. Please wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking.

• Cathedral is a 2-story venue and this event will use both floors. The 2nd floor is not accessible by elevator, only by stairs.
